This group has been brought together by a deep need I had to offer these sessions to the world around me.

There is a shift in consciousness that is happening currently and more and more people are looking for somewhere to explore the realms of meditation, living in the now and parts of spirituality, in a safe and empathetic environment.

A place where they can try techniques out and ask the questions they need to ask. I wanted to create that place.

 

Meditation has many benefits and aligns perfectly with coaching and the desire to improve all aspects of the self to achieve harmony and balance. It can also be used as a creative tool to open the mind to new opportunities and divergent thinking.

Pause sessions are run bi weekly, on a Sunday morning from 10 am – 11am.

The workshop also works well as a private group session, at a time suitable for the Group .
